Chairman's Message

We are all challenged in the business world. We all want to be part of a team that leaves a legacy and is remembered for years to come. However, in the pursuit of our success story, it is vital to remember that success requires the highest standards of corporate ethics towards everyone we work with, the communities we serve, and the environment we impact. This is the road we at Malik Developments take to sustainable, profitable growth in order to create long-term value for our people, business partners, and customers. I am proud to be part of an excellent team that strives on reaching this success and greatness.

Since 1998, we have developed over 5 million square feet of land consisting of a selection of over 600 homes, hotel apartments, malls and have developed some of the Sultanate’s premium free hold leisure and lifestyle destinations. By taking what we have learned from our partners and customers over our two-decade history, we affirm that we have contributed massively to becoming a lead developer of bespoke homes and luxury destinations across the Sultanate of Oman and Canada. We are able to upkeep this reputation by the strenuous efforts we make in to selecting and retaining talented employees and choosing the right development partners. We constantly look in to collaborating with award-winning architects, designers, contractors, and material suppliers to develop locations that will deliver uncompromised quality.

Through the hard-work and combined efforts of our team, I am confident that investors across Oman, the GCC and Canada will continue to turn to Malik Developments for expert advice as it relates to land acquisitions, holdings, and construction of mixed-use properties. We have a strong future ahead of us with an exciting 5-year plan compounded with a sizable and ever-growing land bank across Oman and Eastern Canada. I’m certain that, together with our partners, we will do great things.

Thank You,

Ilyas Malik
