Project Overview

Muscat Hills Bazaar is a 700,000 SQFT modern mixed-use development strategically located at The Boulevard by Muscat Hills. Designed to enhance Muscat’s commercial landscape, the Bazaar will feature 360 retail and commercial outlets in a dynamic and integrated environment.

With 1,500+ parking spaces, the project will not only serve its tenants and visitors but also provide much-needed parking relief for nearby commercial hubs, including Business Tower 1, the upcoming Business Tower 2, Muscat Pavilion, and Ominvest HQ.

Developed in partnership with Mafaza, a renowned regional developer with projects across Oman, Turkey, and Libya, Muscat Hills Bazaar embodies sustainability and innovation, aligning with Oman’s Vision 2040. Scheduled for completion in 2026, the project will set a new benchmark for retail, business, and urban development in the Sultanate.

Ownership at Galleria Park is open to Omani citizens, GCC nationals and expatriates of different nationalities. Ownership also entitles residency for non-Omani buyers and their immediate family members.
