Tenants are slowly moving in to the Business Tower at Muscat Hills. As of this month, multi- national construction conglomerate, Larsen & Toubro (L&T), who has acquired one whole floor for their various divisions, has started the internal fit-out works of their offices. The MEP division office of L&T, for instance, is nearly already to move in. Much of that office has been completed and is awaiting final furnishing.
L&T has secured over 25,000 square-feet in office space spanning across one whole floor of the Business Tower. L&T is relocating to the Business Tower from its current location in Ruwi, where the company occupied multiple smaller buildings. This new location will serve as the company’s headquarters, and according to Ilyas Malik, Chairman at Malik Developments & Deputy CEO at Muscat Hills International Developments, the move illustrates a trend of more creative and tech- forward companies moving into the property.
Located at The Boulevard by Muscat Hills and spanning over 320,000 SQFT, The Business Tower offers a strikingly modern design consisting of 94 offices over 7 floors. The offices are of different sizes and are fitted in the most modern fashion. On the ground floor, as per the norms of The Boulevard, there will be a mixture of restaurants and retail shops.
Ownership at The Business Tower is open to Omani citizens, GCC nationals and expatriates of different nationalities. Ownership also entitles residency for non-Omani buyers and their immediate family members.
