ROSE VILLAGE REACHES 95% CONSTRUCTION MILESTONE

Maysan Properties, one of the leading private developers in Oman, has announced a construction milestone for its flagship golf course community project in Muscat Hills Golf &Country Club, Rose Village.

Comprising of 39 units, the project has crossed the 95% completion status. All of the main structural works have been completed. 100% of the project’s structure and blockwork, and 100% of the internal plastering, are now complete. The second fix of mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) now stands at 90%, while the façade has reached 100%. A 90% completion of the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) have been recorded, as well as almost 100% of the overall finishing. Internal road excavation, infrastructure trenches and boundary walls are also all complete. External road connecting Rose Village to the greater Muscat Hills area remains
in progress.

Rose Village, launched in 2018, is the flagship community project of Maysan Properties with Malik Developments being an equity and development partner. The architecture, while drawing inspiration from golf course living, will also contain versatile, contemporary elements. Outdoor recreation and proximity to the business hub of Muscat and other leading attractions, including access to Muscat’s new financial center and Madinat Al-Irfan, home to Muscat’s future urban center, further contributes to making Rose Village a sound return on investment.

A key feature of the Rose Village development is the development’s proximity to the Boulevard at Muscat Hills – Muscat’s premium mega integrated retail district, which consists of high-street bridge brands, hotels, leisure and entertainment options. The Boulevard also offers access to long paved pedestrian paths among other attractions.
