In a bid to provide a better environment for start-ups and small businesses in Oman, Sharakah, an SME incubator, has moved into The Business Tower.
The Business Tower, a modern commercial building located in the heart of Muscat, offers a strategic location and state-of-the-art facilities that are ideal for start-ups and small businesses. The tower also boasts an impressive network of investors, mentors, and service providers that can help start-ups scale their operations.
Sharakah's move into The Business Tower is expected to have a positive impact on the start-up ecosystem in Oman. The incubator, which was initially supported by His Majesty Sultan Qaboos as well as the business community in Oman, provides a range of services to start-ups, including mentorship, funding, and networking opportunities.
Speaking about the move, Hani Zubair, Board member said, "We are excited to move into The Business Tower and be a part of Oman's growing start-up ecosystem. The tower provides an ideal location and state-of-the-art facilities that will help us better serve the needs of our start-ups and small businesses."
The move comes as Oman continues to focus on developing its start-up ecosystem, with the government launching several initiatives to support entrepreneurs and small businesses. The country has also seen an increase in the number of incubators and accelerators that are working to support the growth of start-ups.
Sharakah's move into The Business Tower is expected to further strengthen Oman's start-up ecosystem and create new opportunities for entrepreneurs and small businesses. With a strong network of investors, mentors, and service providers, the incubator is well-positioned to help start-ups overcome the challenges of scaling and achieve their goals.
