With over two decades of real estate development experience across Canada, Pakistan and the Middle East, Ilyas Malik established Malik Developments in 1998 as part of Malik Holdings with a clear vision to transform the way people perceive quality. Today, Malik Developments has successfully completed over $500,000,000 (USD) in real-estate transactions and is one of the most trusted real estate players across the Sultanate of Oman and Canada.

An independent subsidiary of Malik Holdings, Malik Developments is primarily focused on residential and commercial projects. The Company’s residential projects include luxury apartments, villas, houses, plotted developments and aspirational mansions replete with world-class amenities. In all its residential projects, the company lays a strong emphasis on environmental management, water harvesting and high safety standards. On the commercial side, the Company has developed a wide variety of mixed-use projects including corporate offices, five-star hotels, leisure and entertainment districts, multiplex theatres, guest houses, food courts, restaurants, and club houses. This ensures that the Company has control not only over the supply but more importantly over the quality of the materials it uses in construction activities. Malik Developments has all the competencies and in-house resources to deliver a project from conceptualisation to completion. Backward integration includes an interiors division and a joinery works factory in Oman.
