Nov 07, 2019

Phase 2 of the Boulevard by Muscat Hills is now 70% complete. Phase 1 was completed in early 2019 with the handover of the Golf Tower, the OmInvest Headquarters and the Links by Badr. Phase 2, which consists of the upcoming Pearl, Boulevard, Oxygen and Bu Haleeba Tower, has achieved significant momentum in the last couple of months. The key achievements are the completion of 70% of the aggregate construction on all the aforementioned towers, 88% of the second fix of the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) works of all towers, and more than 70% of the facade works of all towers.

A prestigious residential project that earned strong investor response, The Boulevard by Muscat Hills is home to more than 1000 apartment units comprising of a mix of one, two, three, and four bedrooms as well as full floor penthouses. All residences are affordable and designed for those who aspire to move from a rental to an owned-home lifestyle.

Ilyas Malik, Deputy CEO OF Muscat Hills International Development & Chairman of Malik Developments, said: “The accelerated completion progress of The Boulevard underlines our commitment to rapidly delivering affordable luxury. We are working with renowned contractors who have the breadth of experience to deliver our project to the highest standards of quality. With its central location in Muscat’s new downtown, and its excellent connectivity, The Boulevard appeals to value-oriented customers who wish to gain strong rental yields.”

The Boulevard is Oman’s premium outdoor pedestrian only space, where business meetings, strolling, shopping and dining are integrated into business and community life. The development spans over 850,000 SQFT and is conveniently located in the foothills of Muscat Hills Golf & Country Club – Oman’s first 18-hole PGA certified golf course. With a design inspired by the Italian Piazza, the town centre is the focal point of the development, surrounded by buildings with distinctive Mediterranean style featuring balconies and courtyards for recreation. Some of the Boulevard’s most renowned landmarks include the Ominvest head office, the upcoming Radisson Hotel Apartments, and the Business Tower (Oman’s first freehold office property).
