Maysan Properties, one of the leading private developers in Oman, has announced a construction milestone for its flagship golf course community project in Muscat Hills Golf &Country Club, Rose Village.
Comprising of 39 units, the project has crossed the 70% completion status. All of the main structural works have been completed. 99 per cent of the project’s structure and blockwork, and 95 per cent of the internal plastering, are now complete. The second fix of mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) now stands at 72 per cent, while the façade has reached 71 per cent. A 64 per cent completion of the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) have been recorded, as well as almost 62 per cent for the overall finishing. The tiling, elevator installation, and swimming pools are advancing swiftly as well.
